DataSense, the research and data intelligence SBU of iSocial, is looking for an experienced Research Fellow to lead high-impact research, shape evidence-based policy, and contribute to business development and strategic partnerships.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂’𝗹𝗹 𝗱𝗼

• Lead multidisciplinary research and policy analysis.

• Produce influential reports, policy briefs, and publications.

• Build partnerships and develop winning research proposals.

• Mentor research teams and engage with government and development partners.

𝗪𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿

7+ years of research experience (including team leadership)

Strong publication and proposal writing record

Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills

PhD (or advanced Master’s with significant experience) in Economics, Public Policy, or a related field
